Submitting your claim

you a claims form. Once completed send it back to us.
Using our extensive
experience and expertise we will put together a case
file and write to the financial institution that sold
you the PPI policy. It is their responsibility to prove
the policy was sold correctly and meets all the points
laid out by the Insurance Ombudsman.
Working on your behalf we
will challenge this every step of the way (this includes
further representation to The Financial Ombudsman and
potentially a Claims Court) until the case
is either won, or proven to be fair.

You can

claim varies. It can be in as little as 3 weeks,
some take up to 12 weeks depending upon the
company involved. |

to the Financial Ombudsman who will also contact
the financial institution. |

Will
the company contact me direct? |
They may
do due to the policy contact information they have
on their computer. But as you have instructed us

the Ministry of Justice. Your data will be kept

Where
the claimant cannot provide full policy documentation we
will have to apply to the financial institution who sold
the policy for duplicate policy documents. Some
companies will charge an administration fee for this. We
reserve the right to pass on this charge prior to any
further representation.
Once we
recover compensation, our fee will be 20% plus VAT of
the compensation recovered. This fee covers the cost of
your entire claim with Claim Line UK, including any
representations we have to make on your behalf to The
Financial Ombudsman or in a Claims Court. In addition to
our fee, if we win, any court fees or data protection
fees paid by Claim Line UK will be chargeable, but
should in any event be paid by the bank in addition to
